Tanikalang Ginto by Ken Ilio is the first Philippine Web directory (http://www.filipinolinks.com). It was said to have been created in 1994, long before Philippine web directories Yehey! and EDSA were launched. Webmasters submit their site URLs to Ken via an “Add URL” function.
It has a special feature “The Best of Cyber Pinoys” where he curates his selection of Filipino-made websites during that time (from the Internet Archive WayBack Machine link, the feature ran from 1995 to 1998). Tanikalang Ginto is one of the features of Tribung Pinoy, a Philippine portal-like website that Ilio also created.

Ken is one of the pioneers in websites relating to Filipino culture, Filipino Links, and resources related to the Philippines in the ’90s. He also created Tribung Pinoy which was also one of the popular Filipino website resources during the ’90s.
